Individual Therapy
Folks are often expected to face problems alone. I’m here to face them with you. Together, we can navigate through challenging and uncomfortable paths in order to discover the path you wish to be on. Taking a collaborative and non pathologizing approach to therapy, I believe the problem is the problem; the person is not the problem.Therefore, I hope to provide you with a safe and supportive space for you to share your story.
Couples Therapy
I see couples who come from all walks of life. Whether you are seeking therapy for a partnership, engagement, marriage, or separation and divorce, I am here as the therapist for the relationship. I see the relationship through a non-blaming lens to face any obstacles getting in the way of a preferred relationship. Together, we can identify what might be needed in order to encourage trust, connection, and understanding.
Family Therapy
I see families as diverse, multicultural, and multifaceted. Therefore, in the therapy room members have a chance to share their experiences and stories. I strongly believe that problems folks face are relational, and can strongly benefit from family therapy. Together, with the family, we can identify familial values, resolution of conflict, and discover the family relationship that you so wish.
TEletherapy
I am currently available for live teletherapy video sessions to anyone in the state of California. These sessions are conducted through a secure and HIPPA compliant platform.
Insurance
At this time, I am not an insurance provider. However, if you would like to consult with your insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill upon request.
Payment
I accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards.
Rates
My rate is $165 for 50 min sessions. Sliding scale may be available in certain limited situations. Please contact me to discuss details.
Consultations
I provide phone consultations at no cost.
